Stadium Terms of Use

These terms apply to the Stadium website ("Stadium", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What Stadium is

Stadium is a launchpad for coins on pump.fun, a third party platform on the Solana blockchain. Coins launched here can enter a daily 1v1: two coins play for 24 hours, the coin whose price rises more wins, and the loser's creator fees from the match are used by Stadium's launch wallet to buy the winner. The rules are on How it works and in the docs.

Launching a coin

• A launch costs 0.1 SOL, paid once from your wallet. Stadium's launch wallet creates the coin on pump.fun and is its creator there.
• Every coin's creator fees go to Stadium's launch wallet. A match loser's fees from the match window are spent on a buy of the winner, and the tokens bought stay in the launch wallet. You agree that you have no claim to a coin's creator fees.
• If you paid and no coin was made, the launch fee is owed back to you and listed on Payouts until it is paid.
• You are responsible for the name, ticker, picture, description and links you give a coin. They are public and on chain for ever.

Matches

Stadium decides the draw, the score and the buy by the published rules, from readings of the chain. A match may have no winner (a draw) or be void when the chain cannot be read. A result says nothing about a coin's value or future. Stadium may change the rules for future matches; the rules page shows the current ones.

No advice

Nothing on Stadium is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Coins are risky and their value can fall to zero. Only use money you can afford to lose, and make your own decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not break the law or help anyone else break it.
• Do not impersonate people or projects, run scams or mislead others.
• Follow our Content Moderation Policy. We may hide coins that break it and keep them out of matches.
• Do not attack, overload or try to get around the security of the site.

No warranty

Stadium is provided as it is and as available. Blockchains, pump.fun, PumpPortal and other services it depends on can fail or change. We do not promise that the site will always work or keep any feature. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
